Life challenges can feel incredibly difficult and overwhelming. Utilizing approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, I support adults and youth (14+) who are faced with challenges related to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and emotion regulation.
I greatly enjoy working with individuals on relationship challenges, particularly while they are in the process of couples therapy. Couples therapy can be a challenging and emotional experience, and I love to be a support to those in this process. I also greatly enjoy working with those who may wish to engage in couples therapy, but either they or their partner are not yet ready.
